However, we want every customer to feel confident before, during, and after their purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or adjustments may be requested and what to expect when working with us.
1. General Policy for Digital Goods
- All our beats, packs, bundles, stems, and trackouts are digital products, delivered electronically via download links or secure delivery systems.
- Once a purchase is completed and files are delivered, all sales are final. Digital files cannot be “returned,” and for this reason, refunds are generally not possible.
- To ensure satisfaction before purchase, we provide:
- detailed product descriptions,
- high-quality previews,
- technical information (BPM, key, length),
- clear licensing terms.
We strongly encourage every customer to review all of this information carefully before placing an order.
2. Exclusive and Non-Exclusive Licenses
- Purchasing a license (exclusive or non-exclusive) means you are immediately granted legal rights of use for the beat.
- Because these rights are transferred instantly at the moment of purchase, license fees are non-refundable.
- Please ensure you choose the correct license type for your needs:
- Non-Exclusive Leasing — cost-effective option for early releases and experimentation.
- Exclusive Licensing — full ownership rights, best for unique branding and professional career growth.
Once a license is issued, it cannot be revoked or reassigned, which is why refunds are not possible in this category.
3. Custom Beat Production & Tailored Services
- For custom production, mixing, and mastering, significant creative effort and studio time are invested into each order.
- Therefore, once production has begun, refunds are not available.
- If you decide to cancel before any work starts, you may be eligible for a partial refund (minus administrative and preparation costs).
- To ensure customer satisfaction, we include at least one or two rounds of revisions as part of the service package. This allows you to refine the sound and guarantee it meets your expectations.
4. Technical Issues and File Delivery
We understand that sometimes technical problems may occur. Examples include broken download links, missing files, or corrupted data.
- If this happens, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- Our team will verify the issue and provide corrected files or a working download link at no extra cost.
- In rare cases where the issue cannot be resolved, store credit or an alternative product of equal value may be offered.
5. Unauthorized Use or Disputes
- If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after receiving files, the customer’s license rights are automatically revoked, and all delivered files must be deleted.
- We encourage open communication — if something goes wrong, please contact us directly instead of opening disputes through payment systems. We will always work toward a fair solution.
